2.      In the Run command line type “MSConfig” and hit “OK” to launch MSConfig.
3.      First, you need to select the “Selective startup” radio option.
4.      Deselect the “Load startup items” button.
5.      Click the “Use original boot configuration” and “Load system services” button.
6.      Click the “Hide all Microsoft services” button on the service page.
7.      Select the “Disable all” button to stop third-party service.
8.      Tap the “Apply” option.
9.      Select “OK” to close the window.
10.  Select “Restart” in the dialog box.
11.  After the above process, you need to try to run java software.
