Recently, in an interview, Downey revealed why they would make a third movie without being able to spin off into some diversity, and elements? While speaking about the possibility of merely making the third part of the Sherlock Holmes franchise. He added that at this point, they feel that there is no mystery verse and Conan Doyle is the definitive voice in that arena. He said he loves mysteries, and he will make a new entry in that space.

Robert’s wife and also the producer of the film, Susan Downey, is very excited about the potential of the project. Robert shared that they think there is more opportunity to create more of it from the Sherlock Holmes franchise. And that is why they tried to spin off the characters to see how that would go.

Susan Downey shared that after years of observation, they think it is an excellent opportunity to inspire with the work of Marvel. It was like a master class. And as Robert said, they are not repeaters, and they will not do things simply because they are done somewhere else. And he thinks that the model is more dimensionalized than it was and it also has the right people.

Fans are excited about the fourth installment of the franchise. We are hoping soon we will get some more updates from the team.
