Marvel’s MCU Young Avengers Cast

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is all set to introduce various Young Avengers in the upcoming Phase 4 as a new generation of superheroes. Some members of the Young Avengers have already been set up in the MCU for the upcoming new Phase. With unknown villains and several threats, these new heroes have to replace the iconic superheroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe like Black Widow, Tony Stark, and Captain America after the events of Avengers: Endgame. The Young Avengers were first introduced in 2005 as a non-professional team of self-appointed members who wanted to become the Mightiest Heroes of the Earth. They were not considered cast in the MCU because of their less experience. Still, because of Iron Lad and revived Vision, the Young Avengers could be introduced as superheroes in the upcoming Phase 4 of the MCU.

There are various characters in the team Young Avengers that have been set to appear in the MCU’s Phase 4. However, some of these characters have already appeared in supporting characters in several movies, and some have their upcoming shows on Disney+. In this article, we have discussed some of the cast members of Marvel’s Young Avengers that could be seen in the MCU’s upcoming Phase 4.

Kate Bishop (Hawkeye)

At the beginning of the film Avengers: Endgame, Clint Barton, portrayed by Jeremy Renner, appears to train Lila with a bow and arrow. Ava Russo is playing the character of Lila in the MCU. She is the daughter of Barton. According to the comics, Kate Bishop joins the Young Avengers after adopting the Hawkeye moniker. The famous Hollywood actress Hailee Steinfeld will portray the character of Kate Bishop alongside Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton in the upcoming Disney+ show, Hawkeye. The show is based on the 2012 comic book Hawkeye, where Barton trained Bishop under his protective care to make her the next Avenger.

Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel)

Iman Vellani is another rising Hollywood actress and expected to act debut as Kamala Khan in the upcoming Disney+ show, Ms. Marvel. Kamala is associated initially with Champions, which is another of Marvel’s young superheroes group. However, the show Ms. Marvel will be most probably centered on Kamala Khan because of Captain Marvel, her idol. According to the comics, she possesses various powers such as superelasticity, size alteration, and shapeshifting. She is a perfect choice to play the role of Ms. Marvel in the upcoming Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Morgan Stark (Iron Man/Ironheart)

For the first time in the film Avengers: Endgame as the daughter of Tony Stark, Morgan Stark has been introduced. The character of Morgan Stark is played by Lexi Rabe in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After the death of her father Tony Stark, She becomes the owner of all her father’s wealth and tech. According to the comics, a young girl Riri Williams assumes herself to be an inheritor of Iron Man and calls herself “Ironheart.” However, in the MCU, Morgan might not follow in her father’s footsteps, but she has the “Rescue” armor of her mother and all other resources that could help her play the role of a superhero.

Harley Keener (Iron Lad)

Harley Keener, portrayed by Ty Simpkins, may be considered another Iron Man successor. He was first introduced in the film Iron Man 3. He has also appeared at Tony Stark’s funeral at the end of the movie Avengers: Endgame. In the film Iron Man 3, Harley helps Tony Stark after the destruction of his MK-42 Iron Man armor. He could play the role of Iron Lad because Tony gifted him some of his technology to appreciate him. According to the comics, Nathaniel Richards is the real Iron Lad, who is a superhero. He does not want to become the villain Kang the Conqueror and goes on time travel. Iron Lad is also the Young Avenger’s founding member. To include Iron Lad in the MCU’s Young Avenger cast would be a great idea as the MCU can easily maintain the connection of Iron Lad with time travel and King the Conqueror as he is most probably expected to appear in the film, Ant-Man 3, and the character will be portrayed by Jonathan Majors. In this way, the MCU could also continue the legacy of Tony Stark.

In this article, we have listed some of the best characters that can be cast in Marvel’s Young Avengers in the upcoming Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
